Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Eligibility

  • 30-day return window from delivery date
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Original tags and packaging must be included
  • Final sale items (marked at checkout) cannot be returned

How to Return

  1. Initiate your return through our Returns Portal
  2. Print your prepaid label (U.S. orders only)
  3. Ship items back within 14 days of approval
  4. Allow 7-10 business days for processing upon receipt

Refunds

  • Original payment method only
  • Return shipping fees deducted (except for defective/wrong items)
  • International returns: Customer covers return shipping

Exchanges

  • Size/color swaps: Free for in-stock items
  • Defective items: Include photos for replacement
  • Wrong items received: Use the “Shipping Error” form

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized/customized products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale clearance items

Damaged/Defective Items

  1. Report within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Submit photos of damage/defects
  3. Return shipping covered by us

Holiday Policy

  • Extended returns for purchases made Nov 15-Dec 25 (return by Jan 15)
